James P. Lynn is an Irish writer.

His work is personal and rooted in lived experience, shaped equally by imagination, overheard conversations and the stories people carry with them.

He is inspired by Flann O'Brien, John Steinbeck, Kurt Vonnegut, Irvine Welsh, Charles Bukowski, David Foster Wallace, Fyodor Dostoevsky and George Orwell.

He currently lives in Dublin with his dog.
